Italy played very well in their Brazil 2013 opener at the Maracanã stadium, coming away with a win over Mexico. Andrea Pirlo and Mario Balotelli scored the one-two punch that knocked out Mexico. The lone Mexican goal was scored on a penalty play by Mexico’s famous "Chicarito" (Javier Hernandez) who plays for Manchester United.
